“No pain, no gain” couldn’t be more true when it comes to muscle building. There is a necessity to feel the muscle pain whenever you try to build muscle the right way. In fact, you would know that you are doing the right exercise whenever you feel the pain in your muscle. There’s the feeling that your skin and your muscles are stretched to the extreme. This muscle building means that you have an effective workout since the muscles are responding in the right way. If you don’t feel any pain at all, then it is the time to re-evaluate your workout regimen. You are lifting weights that are too light for you and too easy for the muscles. There will be no growth there. On the other hand, it is also important to note that you shouldn’t be lifting nor doing exercises way beyond what you or your muscles can handle. You have to listen to your body properly so that it can respond in the way you would like it to respond.
