1.Say NO to alcohol, if you can.  These are very empty calories!

3.Your Carbohydrate intake needs to be about 50% of your daily intake of food.  This is what will help get your metabolic rate up where it needs to be to burn off fat!

4.25 – 30% of your intake should be proteins.  These help your body breakdown what is taken in and used in the proper way.  That leaves you with less calories that will turn into fat.

5.You do need fat in your diet!  That amount should only be about 10%, however.
